Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our marketing team at Wisey. The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and nurturing relationships with influencers to promote Wisey's sleep products. This role is crucial in driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales through influencer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Strategy Development: Develop and execute an influencer marketing strategy aligned with Wisey's brand identity and marketing goals.
- Identify and Recruit Influencers: Identify and onboard relevant influencers within the sleep and wellness niche, who resonate with Wisey's products and target audience.
- Content Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that showcases Wisey's products in a compelling manner.
- Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and track influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring they meet objectives and deadlines.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, compensation, and terms with influencers, ensuring all parties are in agreement.
- Compliance and Legal: Ensure that influencer partnerships adhere to FTC guidelines and legal requirements.
- Budget Management: Manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
