My husband has trouble sleeping and some sleep aids leave him drowsy the next day. Melatonin alone doesn’t really work that well but I decided to try these as a natural alternative to others. These work really well for him with no adverse effects. Not sure which ingredient it is but I’ll be buying more of these.
